Week 6: Reference Lists

Informal Early Feedback



APA Reference list
Look carefully at the APA handbook (p. 17). The title of the reference list should be ‘references’ and it should be centered. Also, look carefully how the punctuation and italics are used.

Reference list activity
Get into groups of three to four. Look at the APA reference list activity sheet and come up with an APA styled reference list.


Reference list presentation & review
Each group should present one of your references in front of the class. Rest of the class should point out any mistakes of the group.


Web tools for citation
You can use various tools online (ex. www.bibme.com) for making your reference lists. Go to the website and follow what your instructor is doing on the website to create a reference list.
